Emissions reduction targets

In order to continue our progress to achieving Net Zero, we have adopted the following carbon reduction targets.

We completed a full new office renovation, including new air conditioning and heating units. All lights are automatic and sensor operated, more efficient as only activated when people are in a room.

Last year we reported the emissions of 4972kg, which in 2025 4136kg. This is a 16.8% reduction in
last one year. In 2024 we estimated that our carbon emissions will decrease over the next five years
to 4681kg tCO2e by 2029 i.e., (a reduction of 5%.). We have achieved 3 times the estimate in one
year itself. We plan on maintaining this level of activity and we will further try to reduce the same
below 4000kg. This is an ambitious estimate, but we will try to achieve this.

Carbon Reduction Projects

Completed Carbon Reduction Initiatives

The following environmental management measures and projects have been completed or
implemented since the 2022 baseline. The carbon emission reduction achieved by these
schemes equate to 11,171 kg tCO2e, a 73% reduction against the 2022 baseline and the
measures will be in effect when performing the contract.

We completed a full new office renovation, including new air conditioning and heating units. All lights are automatic, and sensor operated, more efficient as only activated when people are in a room.

We have moved to LED lighting in the offices.

We are training all employees on how their actions can help to reduce our carbon footprint for example:

• Turning off lights and screens etc when leaving a room
• Reducing paper wastage by promoting a paperless culture
• Replacing single -use items with reusable ones where possible
• Promoting waste recycling including paper and kitchen packaging and utensils

This is a continuous effort from our company and our employees to make this change possible for a
better environment.

Declaration and Sign Off

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 06/21 and associated guidance and reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans.

Emissions have been reported and recorded in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the GHG Reporting Protocol corporate standard and uses the appropriate Government emission conversion factors for greenhouse gas company reporting.

Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions have been reported in accordance with SECR requirements, and the required subset of Scope 3 emissions have been reported in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard. This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and signed off by the board of directors (or equivalent management body).
