Emissions reduction targets

In order to continue our progress to achieving Net Zero, we have adopted the following carbon reduction targets.

We completed a full new office renovation in FY25, including new air conditioning and heating units. All

lights are automatic and sensor operated, more efficient as only activated when people are in a room.

Last year we reported the emissions of 11,320kg, which in 2025 were 12,473kg. This is a 9.2% reduction in last one year. We plan on maintaining this level of activity and we will further try to reduce the same. In 2026 the GHG emission requirements were changed, and some new reporting requirements were also introduced, hence the numbers of 2025 reported here are in line with reporting style recommended for 2026 such that the numbers of current and last year are comparable.

Carbon Reduction Projects

Completed Carbon Reduction Initiatives

The following environmental management measures and projects have been completed or implemented since the 2022 baseline. The carbon emission reduction achieved by these schemes equate to a ~26% reduction against the 2022 baseline and the measures will be in effect over coming years as well. We completed a full new office renovation, including new air conditioning and heating units. All lights are
automatic, and sensor operated, more efficient as only activated when people are in a room. We have moved to LED lighting in the offices which means less kilowatt usage every hour lighting is used as compared to traditional lights.

We are training all employees on how their actions can help to reduce our carbon footprint for example:

• Turning off lights and screens etc when leaving a room
• Keeping the air conditioning temperature to 25 degrees so that less energy is wasted in cooling in common office areas.
• Spreading awareness to employees to switch-off the air conditioning when not needed in any meeting room.
• Reducing paper wastage by promoting a paperless culture
• Replacing single -use items with reusable ones where possible
• Promoting waste recycling including paper and kitchen packaging and utensils

This is a continuous effort from our company and our employees to make this change possible for a better environment.

Declaration and Sign Off

This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 06/21 and associated guidance and reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans.

Emissions have been reported and recorded in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the GHG Reporting Protocol corporate standard and uses the appropriate Government emission conversion factors for greenhouse gas company reporting.

Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions have been reported in accordance with SECR requirements, and the required subset of Scope 3 emissions have been reported in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard. This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and signed off by the board of directors (or equivalent management
body).
